- Take ownership of the financial reporting process for a diverse portfolio of investment vehicles, including private funds, joint ventures, and credit-focused entities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to investors and leadership
- Lead the monthly and quarterly close cycle, prepare consolidated financial statements, and provide insightful financial analysis on fund performance, portfolio activity, capital allocations, and key business drivers.
- Partner closely with Accounting, Treasury, Investments, external auditors, and tax advisors to support complex transactions, liquidity planning, audits, investor reporting, K-1s, and regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality financial controls and reporting standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business, or a finance related field
- Bring a strong foundation in technical accounting, financial reporting, and GAAP, with the ability to navigate complex investment structures and deliver accurate, high-quality reporting.
- Experience with fund accounting or fair value accounting is a plus.
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment by managing multiple priorities, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset to support financial reporting, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
- Experience within commercial real estate, private equity, Yardi, or Workiva is preferred but not required.
