Location:

  • Properties primarily in the Chapel Hill–Durham area
  • Daily travel required between properties (reliable transportation is a must)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed

  • Ensures the safety and security of high-end residential properties through reliable installation and maintenance of access control and surveillance systems
  • Supports daily operations by maintaining critical low-voltage infrastructure across multiple sites
  • Provides technical expertise in configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting CCTV, access control, network devices, and security software
  • Enhances the living experience of residents by ensuring secure, well-maintained, and technology-enabled communities

The Background That Fits:

  • 2+ years of experience with CCTV and Access Control systems (highly preferred)
  • Skilled in installing, servicing, and troubleshooting low-voltage security systems (CCTV, intercoms)
  • Familiarity with:
    • Mechanical door hardware
    • LAN setup including routers, switches, and wireless equipment
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • Clear communicator and well-organized with digital ticketing systems (for tracking work orders and service updates)
