Location:
- Properties primarily in the Chapel Hill–Durham area
- Daily travel required between properties (reliable transportation is a must)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed

The Background That Fits:
- 2+ years of experience with CCTV and Access Control systems (highly preferred)
- Skilled in installing, servicing, and troubleshooting low-voltage security systems (CCTV, intercoms)
- Familiarity with:
- Mechanical door hardware
- LAN setup including routers, switches, and wireless equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Clear communicator and well-organized with digital ticketing systems (for tracking work orders and service updates)
