Location:
  • Hybrid, 3 days in office 2 days remote
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review scientific literature and clinical studies to support compliant product claims and collaborate with marketing on how to translate complex science into clear messaging.
  • Partner with Marketing, R&D, and Legal teams to evaluate and substantiate product claims, ensuring alignment with FDA/FTC guidelines.
  • Manage fast-paced, cross-functional projects related to product compliance, marketing content, and regulatory submissions.
  • Support the creation of claim substantiation reports and regulatory review of in-house advertising materials, including digital and broadcast media.
  • Actively contribute to team discussions with a creative, solutions-oriented approach—helping shape what marketing can say and do for each product.
 
Background That Fits:
  • Scientific or clinical research background (e.g., biology, chemistry, neuroscience) with strong understanding of clinical trial design and data interpretation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain scientific concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Eager to transition out of traditional lab or research roles into regulatory, legal, or marketing-focused work.
  • Social, team-oriented, and adaptable—comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to pursue a Paralegal Certificate (no prior legal experience required); training and mentorship provided.
