THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
  • AccruePartners Project Solutions, a consulting practice delivering high-impact talent to solve complex business and technology challenges across enterprise organizations
  • A high-visibility engagement supporting a private equity–backed manufacturing organization navigating a complex post–carve-out environment
  • A newly appointed FP&A leader driving an enterprise-wide transformation across forecasting, planning, and budgeting, including AI-enabled capabilities
  • A cross-functional environment spanning Finance, IT, offshore resources, and external partners, requiring strong leadership and alignment to move initiatives forward

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
  • Immediate, high-impact consulting engagement with urgency and executive visibility
  • Opportunity to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across Finance and IT
  • Exposure to both legacy SAP architecture and modern platforms including OneStream and cloud-based data environments
  • Flexible engagement with strong potential for extension based on performance and business need
  • 6 month duration project based engagement

LOCATION
  • Remote-first engagement with optional travel
  • Travel is fully supported based on project needs

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • The organization is at a critical point in its transformation. A new FP&A leader is driving a major shift in forecasting, planning, and reporting, but success depends on establishing a reliable SAP data foundation.
  • The SAP ECC 6 environment lacks clear documentation, defined data structures, and internal expertise to support integration efforts. As a result, the business is relying on interim workarounds and cannot confidently connect SAP data into OneStream to support planning and reporting.
  • Without immediate support, this creates risk to reporting accuracy, slows transformation timelines, and limits the organization’s ability to scale FP&A capabilities.
  • This consultant will play a critical role in stabilizing and defining the upstream SAP environment to enable downstream success.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Deep expertise in SAP ECC 6, including strong understanding of legacy data structures, tables, and system architecture
  • Strong project management skills
  • Extensive 3rd party vendor management skills
  • Executive communication presence and skills
  • Experience supporting financial data flows, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost centers, and income statement structures
  • Proven ability to lead process mapping and diagnostic engagements within complex or under-documented SAP environments
  • Experience supporting or integrating with OneStream, Databricks, or similar data and reporting platforms preferred
  • Strong project leadership and executive communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Finance, IT, and external partners
