- Collaborate with the project team to address and resolve data bottlenecks impacting the SAP implementation timeline.
- Extract, normalize, and map data from Dynamics GP to SAP using SAP Migration Cockpit and other ETL tools.
- Lead hands-on data cleansing efforts to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process.
- Develop and implement comprehensive data governance strategies to maintain long-term data accuracy and usability.
- Work closely with integrators and contractors to align data migration activities with overall project goals.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP S/4HANA cloud and related technologies, supporting junior team members as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and report on progress related to data work streams.
- Experience with SAP implementations, preferably including S/4HANA and cloud environments
- Strong expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), particularly with Dynamics GP data
- Proven ability to standardize and normalize data for migration into SAP systems using tools like SAP Migration Cockpit
- Hands-on experience managing data quality, cleansing, and governance throughout the data lifecycle
- Ability to connect data workstreams end-to-end and address data modeling and integration challenges
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and remediate bottlenecks in data migration projects
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, third-party integrators, and stakeholders
