WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with business and clinical needs.
  • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
  • Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems (EHR/EMR, third-party APIs, patient portals).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, and clinical stakeholders to define technical solutions and system architecture.
  • Develop and maintain data models, security models, and automation workflows specific to healthcare use cases.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide production support, ensuring high system availability and performance.
 
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Health Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud objects, data models, and patient-centered processes.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare concepts like care plans, utilization management, and patient journeys.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools.
  • Familiarity with data security, consent management, and role-based access control in a healthcare setting.
  • Salesforce Developer and Health Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
