WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with business and clinical needs.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
- Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems (EHR/EMR, third-party APIs, patient portals).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, and clinical stakeholders to define technical solutions and system architecture.
- Develop and maintain data models, security models, and automation workflows specific to healthcare use cases.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support, ensuring high system availability and performance.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Health Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud objects, data models, and patient-centered processes.
- Deep understanding of healthcare concepts like care plans, utilization management, and patient journeys.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with data security, consent management, and role-based access control in a healthcare setting.
- Salesforce Developer and Health Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
