WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED
- Remote - US (Time-Zone Flexible)
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce, leading the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable solutions across a healthcare environment.
- Take a highly hands-on approach to architecture and development, working alongside the Salesforce Administrator/Developer and broader development team.
- Architect and deliver solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, technical resources, and leadership to understand requirements and determine the right Salesforce solutions.
- Design data models, integrations, workflows, security models, customizations, and automation while maintaining strong architectural standards.
- Lead integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise, client, and third-party platforms.
- Leverage Claude, Claude Code, and other AI-enabled development tools to accelerate analysis, architectural documentation, task creation, and solution development.
- Provide technical leadership throughout development, testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing platform enhancement.
- Maintain strong communication and availability across the team, proactively communicating priorities, progress, scheduling conflicts, and potential roadblocks.
- Help build a scalable Salesforce environment while continuing to improve development practices, platform performance, and overall delivery speed.
A BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 5+ years of experience leading Salesforce projects, with deep experience architecting and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with the technical ability to move beyond high-level architecture and actively contribute to development and solution delivery.
- Direct, production-level experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, ideally within healthcare or life sciences.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, data models, integrations, security, permissions, workflows, and platform best practices.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions while operating in a fast-moving
- Experience with Claude Code a plus.
