WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:
- Fully remote
- Must be available during Eastern Time working hours, with the workday starting at approximately 9:00 AM ET
- Must have a distraction-free remote workspace suitable for active client-facing project work
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- The organization is migrating four programs from an older Salesforce Health Cloud architecture into a newly built architecture. The broader solution framework and playbook have already been established, and the immediate need is for a hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud Admin / Developer who can execute against defined patterns, update workflows, configure program setup, and support the successful migration of these programs into the new structure.
- This is not a solution architect role and is not a build-from-scratch environment. The right consultant will be comfortable working within an established architecture, following defined workflows, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders and the data team to complete program migration activities with accuracy and speed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Support the migration of four programs from an older Salesforce Health Cloud architecture into a newly built Health Cloud architecture
- Configure program setup, workflows, and related Health Cloud components in alignment with established design patterns
- Work hands-on within Salesforce Health Cloud to support admin, configuration, and development activities
- Partner with business stakeholders, Salesforce team members, and internal leadership to understand program-specific requirements and execute updates accordingly
- Collaborate with the internal data team, which will manage backend data migration activities
- Follow established playbooks, patterns, and workflows rather than redesigning the architecture
- Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, and migration-related issues during program transition
- Support testing, validation, and stabilization activities as programs are moved into the new architecture
- Provide clear communication around progress, blockers, risks, and completion status
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud administration and development experience required
- Prior experience supporting Salesforce Health Cloud migrations, program configuration, workflow updates, or architecture transitions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud objects, data models, care plan modules, and patient-centered workflows
- Ability to operate as a hands-on Admin / Developer with strong keyboard skills and execution capability
- Comfortable working within established design patterns, workflows, and implementation playbooks
- Experience configuring workflows, automation, program structures, user processes, and related Salesforce components
- Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and data teams in a fast-moving project environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail during configuration, migration, testing, and stabilization
- MuleSoft API integration experience is a plus, but not required
- Salesforce Health Cloud certification or Salesforce Developer certification preferred, but hands-on Health Cloud execution experience is most important
