LOCATION
- Concord, NC, on-site 5 days per week
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Support the sales organization by processing and tracking product samples for independent reps, ensuring accurate follow-through and visibility.
- Track, reconcile, and report on co-op rebates for buying groups, including ongoing follow-up and issue resolution.
- Calculate and administer commissions while producing recurring sales support reporting and analytics.
- Help optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrated with Microsoft Business Central, leveraging Power Automate to streamline workflows, connect data, and document SOPs/playbooks for cross-training and scalability
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 2-3+ years in sales support, operations, or administrative analytics role
- Strong CRM experience (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP highly preferred
- Strong Excel skills, comfortable building reporting and commission models
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; comfortable juggling daily execution with process improvement
- Power Automate workflow design experience preferred but not required
