LOCATION
  • Concord, NC, on-site 5 days per week
 
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Support the sales organization by processing and tracking product samples for independent reps, ensuring accurate follow-through and visibility.
  • Track, reconcile, and report on co-op rebates for buying groups, including ongoing follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Calculate and administer commissions while producing recurring sales support reporting and analytics.
  • Help optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrated with Microsoft Business Central, leveraging Power Automate to streamline workflows, connect data, and document SOPs/playbooks for cross-training and scalability
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 2-3+ years in sales support, operations, or administrative analytics role
  • Strong CRM experience (Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP highly preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, comfortable building reporting and commission models
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; comfortable juggling daily execution with process improvement
  • Power Automate workflow design experience preferred but not required
