LOCATION
- Monroe, GA.
- Approximately 75% based at the training facility.
- Approximately 25% hands-on field coaching with transmission crews.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and supporting field teams in varying weather and jobsite conditions.
- Flexibility required for occasional weekends, holidays, emergency callouts, or work outside normal business hours.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 10+ years of transmission construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and utility safety practices.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or developing field employees.
- Hands-on background with transmission construction activities, including:
- Conductor installation and pulling.
- Structure setting and removal.
- Rigging and productivity optimization.
- Bare hand work from 44KV to 500KV.
- Maintaining equipotential zones and safe work conditions.
- Ability to assess employee performance and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Valid Class A CDL required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Comfortable using computers for reporting, documentation, and training materials.
- Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- OSHA Outreach Trainer certification, CSP, CHST, CUSP, CET, or similar safety credentials preferred.
