The Background That Fits
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a healthcare, clinical services, or multi-site environment.
- Proven success sourcing and hiring licensed clinicians (e.g., RBTs, BCBAs, OTs, PTs, SLPs) or other specialized healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, ATS management, and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- Skilled at managing 20+ open requisitions simultaneously across diverse geographic regions.
- Collaborative, organized, and metrics-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals.
- Able to adapt quickly in a growing organization and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
