AccruePartners is expanding and we’re looking for a Revenue Growth Associate/Business Development to accelerate new growth. What You’ll Do
•This role is the connector of people, the advocate of talent and the educator of the employment market to candidates and clients alike.
•Prospect, cold call and invest in relationships with candidates and potential hiring managers throughout the Carolinas from our HQ Offices in Southend.
•Learn the craft of recruiting and sales from industry leaders across all six lines of professional services.
•Our team has immense and natural passion to achieve excellence in client and candidate interaction and be highly self-motivated with a natural tendency to operate with a sense of urgency and accountability.
•Our company possesses a no-fear attitude towards making cold calls to attract the top talent and build our network.
•This position is critical in communicating effectively on the telephone, video calls on camera and through email as the best candidates in the market are directly recruited or referred by relationships.
•Heavy usage of internet research tools such as ChatGPT, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Facebook and other databases.
•Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period of time. This means building relationships in person, at events and getting in front of key decision makers.
•Daily communication with professionals. Candidates must feel comfortable working at the experienced Manager/Hiring Manager level.
•Our Revenue Growth Associate/Business Development are full cycle working both on recruiting and client delivery.
What You Bring
• 0 (with internships)-3 years of professional work experience
• Previous staffing or executive search experience preferred or professional services experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills required• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business
• Excellent business acumen and critical research skills
• Proven negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to confidently persuade and influence decision makers
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Open mindset, inquisitive nature, curious, creative with a hunger to learn
