WHERE IT IS LOCATED
- This role is remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Review and interpret SEC filings related to Regulation D offerings to support capital raising efforts.
- Provide expert guidance on Reg D compliance and documentation for new investment projects.
- Collaborate with a small project team to ensure accurate and timely submission of Reg D offerings.
- Support the organization and its affiliated entities in their fundraising initiatives by applying specialized knowledge of securities regulations.
- Assist in preparing materials and reports necessary for raising capital under Reg D exemptions.
- Work primarily within the Eastern Time Zone to coordinate with internal stakeholders, including the CFO and accounting leadership.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Regulation D (Reg D) filings and SEC compliance
- Ability to understand and manage the submission of Reg D offerings to raise capital
- Familiarity with financial regulations related to capital raising and investment projects
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulatory requirements
- Comfortable working within or coordinating with a small team environment
- Ability to work primarily within the Eastern Time Zone to align with the core team’s schedule
