LOCATION
  • Onsite in McKinney, Texas
  • Travel 1-2x per quarter across US

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Partners closely with regional GMs and dealership managers to ensure HR best practices and legal compliance
  • Leads investigations, performance coaching, and employee relations strategies to support a healthy workplace
  • Develops and delivers high-impact HR training programs including EEO and Anti-Harassment sessions
  • Audits HRIS data integrity and compensation structures across all supported states, with emphasis on CA compliance
  • Oversees and mentors direct HR support staff while managing metrics and driving consistent execution
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within a multi-site and field-based model
  • Strong working knowledge of state-specific employment law, especially California
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred or willing to obtain
  • Demonstrated success in employee relations, investigations, and partnering directly with executive stakeholders
