THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within a multi-site and field-based model
- Strong working knowledge of state-specific employment law, especially California
- Bachelor’s degree required, with SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred or willing to obtain
- Demonstrated success in employee relations, investigations, and partnering directly with executive stakeholders
