THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Proven experience recruiting licensed healthcare or behavioral health professionals in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong track record sourcing credentialed clinical talent requiring state-specific licensure or certification compliance.
  • Ability to proactively headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn, social platforms, and direct outreach strategies.
  • Experience managing fast-moving pipelines where speed, accuracy, and qualification criteria are more important than lengthy evaluation cycles.
  • Comfortable operating in metrics-driven recruiting environments with daily activity, pipeline tracking, and clear output expectations.
  • Skilled at screening for non-negotiable requirements such as licensure, geography, availability, and credential verification.
  • Thrive in independent, consultative recruiting roles where urgency, precision, and candidate experience all matter equally.
