WHAT YOU WILL DO
-
Own full-cycle recruiting across a multi-site logistics organization, developing a strong understanding of the business, its teams, and the talent needed to support continued growth.

Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, serving as a recruiting partner throughout the hiring process.

Lead intake conversations, develop search strategies, source and screen talent, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates and hiring teams through offer and close.
-
Develop proactive pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions, creating stronger access to talent before needs arise.
-
Bring market insight to hiring leaders around talent availability, compensation, candidate expectations, and competitive hiring trends.
-
Maintain consistent communication with hiring teams and provide visibility into pipeline activity, challenges, and search progress.
-
Identify opportunities to strengthen recruiting processes, create greater consistency, and improve the overall hiring experience.

Deliver a high-quality candidate experience while representing the organization, its culture, and its opportunities in the market.

A BACKGROUND THAT FITS
-
2+ years of logistics recruiting experience required, with exposure to transportation, supply chain, freight, distribution, or related environments.
-
Strong full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated ownership from intake through offer and close.
-
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and developing credibility as a trusted recruiting resource.
-
Strong sourcing capabilities with the ability to identify and engage passive talent and build pipelines beyond active applicants.
-
Ability to learn different areas of a business and tailor recruiting strategies based on the needs of individual hiring teams.
-
Process-minded approach with an interest in improving how recruiting is delivered as the organization evolves.

Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
