WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles within diesel shop operations across the United States.
- Recruit primarily for diesel mechanics and trailer mechanics, along with select entry-level shop roles.
- Manage requisitions from sourcing and candidate evaluation through offers and ongoing communication.
- Proactively source candidates through Indeed in an environment with limited application flow.
- Review resumes and identify candidates whose experience aligns with skilled diesel and trailer maintenance roles.
- Communicate consistently with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Prepare and submit offers while accurately managing candidates through the recruiting system.
- Balance a high volume of open roles across changing locations and hiring needs.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, including requisition management, sourcing, candidate evaluation, offers, and hiring-manager communication.
- Experience recruiting diesel mechanics, diesel maintenance technicians, trailer mechanics, or closely related skilled-trades talent is required
- Strong understanding of diesel maintenance terminology and the ability to communicate credibly with mechanics.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes through Indeed.
- Ability to assess relevant mechanic experience and identify strong-fit candidates with limited inbound applicant flow.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting needs across multiple U.S. markets.
- Comfortable working independently within a small, collaborative recruiting team.
