THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

  • Join a growing recruiting team supporting a fast-paced business with ongoing talent needs across a high-demand environment.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand staffing priorities, advise on recruiting best practices, and help build strong talent pipelines.
  • Step into a contract opportunity where your recruiting fundamentals, urgency, and ability to manage process will directly impact hiring outcomes.
  • Support a team that values responsiveness, data accuracy, candidate experience, and proactive communication.
  • Work onsite Monday through Friday in a collaborative environment where recruiting has strong visibility across the business.

LOCATION

  • Onsite role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • This recruiter will help fulfill current staffing needs while also building pipelines for future hiring demand.
  • The role will serve as a key partner to business leaders, helping educate and guide them on recruiting process, tools, market data, and best practices.
  • This person will manage critical recruiting activity including sourcing, interview coordination, offer process support, and candidate communication.
  • Maintaining clean, accurate data in the applicant tracking system will be essential to keeping the recruiting process organized and visible.
  • A strong candidate experience will be a major focus, ensuring candidates stay informed, engaged, and supported throughout the process.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 2+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • Experience managing recruiting processes from intake through offer, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer support.
  • Strong ability to partner with hiring leaders, provide market insight, and maintain professionalism in an ambiguous or fast-moving setting.
  • Workday or similar ATS experience is helpful, with transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or related industry experience considered a plus.
