- Onsite role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Maintaining clean, accurate data in the applicant tracking system will be essential to keeping the recruiting process organized and visible.
- A strong candidate experience will be a major focus, ensuring candidates stay informed, engaged, and supported throughout the process.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 2+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
- Experience managing recruiting processes from intake through offer, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer support.
- Strong ability to partner with hiring leaders, provide market insight, and maintain professionalism in an ambiguous or fast-moving setting.
- Workday or similar ATS experience is helpful, with transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or related industry experience considered a plus.
