Summary:
An established and fast-growing organization in the motorsports, performance engineering and advanced manufacturing space is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across a wide range of business units. This role will focus on technical, manufacturing, and engineering roles, as well as corporate functions like marketing, accounting, and internship programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical roles including mechanical engineers, as well as administrative positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to proactively build candidate pipelines and address workforce needs
- Represent the company at recruiting events and build external relationships with schools, trade associations, and other talent sources
- Develop recruitment strategies, facilitate pre-offer processes, and ensure smooth onboarding in partnership with HR
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with company values, branding standards, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve candidate experience and recruiting effectiveness
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on manufacturing or engineering roles
- Bachelor’s degree required; strong understanding of technical skill sets and industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn HRIS and recruiting systems
- Excellent verbal/written communication and relationship-building skills
- Must be comfortable working onsite with occasional travel; racing industry knowledge is a plus
