THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

  • Join a growing enterprise technology team within a well-established Charlotte-based organization investing heavily in modernizing its core business systems
  • Work on a small, agile, and highly collaborative team with direct exposure to Salesforce, cloud integrations, enterprise applications, and customer-facing technology

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems that support a broad internal and customer-facing user base
  • Help build and execute testing strategies across Salesforce Customer 360, ERP, AWS integrations, APIs, and backend systems
  • Validate complex workflows, identify defects, improve regression and smoke testing coverage, and support the continued scaling of QA processes
  • Partner closely with technology and business stakeholders to improve system reliability, data quality, and overall user experience
  • Step into a role well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on testing while also thinking strategically about process improvement, automation, and enterprise system performance

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 3+ years of hands-on QA Engineering experience
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, QA methodologies, and test documentation
  • Experience testing Salesforce environments, ideally across Customer 360 components such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ, Agentforce, or Field Service
  • Ability to test data flows, integrations, APIs, REST/SOAP services, and backend system validations
  • Experience writing and executing test plans, test cases, regression testing, smoke testing, and automated test scripts
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Exposure to test automation frameworks, with ACCELQ experience being a plus
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus, but not required
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and partner cross-functionally
