- This temporary role will support the Business Operations team with time-sensitive quality control and photo verification tied to field-submitted work.
- You will be part of a fast-paced operations environment where accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused while reviewing repetitive information are critical to supporting client standards and service delivery.

WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED

- 4 days per week on-site (Friday's remote)

- This temporary QC Specialist will help review field-submitted call forms and photos to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established client standards and internal procedures.
- The role is important because timely and accurate review helps identify issues, validate field execution, support client reporting, and maintain quality across project activity.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of office, administrative, operations support, data entry, document review, quality control, retail operations, or similar experience preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused while performing repetitive review tasks
- Comfortable reviewing photos, forms, documentation, and online submissions for accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems proactively, and ask questions when information is unclear
- Solid working knowledge of computers, email, and word processing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- Comfortable learning and navigating internal software systems, online tools, service tracking systems, and travel management platforms
