Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for Salesforce 360 (Sales, Service, CPQ, Data Cloud, etc.)

Validate API integrations and data flows between Salesforce and AWS-based systems

Collaborate on Agile ceremonies and defect triage using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps
-
Contribute to automation framework expansion and continuous QA process improvement

Support test environment setup, monitoring, and test data management
-
3+ years of QA Engineering experience with Salesforce ecosystem exposure
-
Hands-on experience testing across Customer 360 platforms and AWS integrations
-
Skilled in writing detailed test cases and automation scripts (preferably with ACCELQ)

Proficient in API testing, Agile methodology, and defect lifecycle tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)

Strong analytical mindset and communication skills; Salesforce certifications are a plus
