WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

Own the execution of a high volume of daily service projects, ensuring jobs are properly staffed, scheduled, completed, and delivered to client expectations.

Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned clients, providing proactive communication around schedules, quality concerns, changes, and unexpected issues.

Lead Assistant Project Managers responsible for contractor onboarding, availability, field support, contractor pay, and job redos.
-
Manage a constantly changing project pipeline where same-day work, contractor cancellations, and unexpected client requests require quick decision-making and resourcefulness.

Protect project margins by reviewing job scope and quotes, coordinating resources effectively, and minimizing callbacks and redos.
-
Be directly accountable for key performance metrics including client revenue growth, job completion, and quality of completed work.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
-
Project management or operations experience within a high-volume, service-oriented environment where priorities and schedules can change quickly.
-
Backgrounds within general contracting, production homebuilding, multifamily or commercial property management, maintenance services, or other blue-collar service organizations can translate well.
-
Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage expectations, solve problems, and provide proactive updates.
-
Experience leading or coordinating field teams, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, or other distributed workforces.
-
Highly resourceful and comfortable finding solutions when crews cancel, schedules change, or unexpected operational problems arise.
-
Comfortable operating in a demanding, high-volume environment with direct accountability for results.
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage scheduling, job completion, staffing capacity, supplies, payroll approvals, and multiple competing priorities.

Construction, painting, or cleaning expertise is not required; the organization is open to transferable operational backgrounds and can teach the technical aspects of the services.
