- 5+ years of Project Management experience in corporate or business operations environments
- Experience working across HR, communications, learning & development, or operational improvement projects
- Ability to navigate change management, facilitate training, and manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with executive-level stakeholders
- PMP, Prosci, or equivalent change management certification preferred
