- This role will be key to driving a business-critical Coupa implementation and optimizing the Procure-to-Pay process.
- Lead and manage all phases of the Coupa implementation project, from discovery to deployment.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal business units, Coupa implementation partners, and other stakeholders.
- Drive use case development, workflow design, and integration strategies to ensure system alignment with business needs.
- Provide visibility to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones while helping navigate change management.
- Contribute to post-implementation optimization, helping maximize Coupa's capabilities for procurement and finance teams.
- Proven experience managing Coupa software implementations.
- Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and how to align technology with procurement and finance operations.
- Strong program and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex system projects on time and within scope.
- Ability to work independently and drive results with limited oversight in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior consulting or investment firm experience is a plus.
