- Lead and coordinate the migration project from G Suite to Microsoft 365, ensuring timely progress and alignment with business goals.
- Manage change management activities, including training coordination and user adoption to minimize resistance and ensure smooth transition.
- Collaborate closely with the cloud service provider and external consultants while maintaining internal project oversight and direction.
- Develop and co-author project deliverables such as runbooks, training plans, and hypercare plans to support deployment and stabilization phases.
- Oversee communication and engagement with approximately 1,200 users across multiple countries, addressing technical and organizational challenges.
- Facilitate deployment of related technologies including Entra hybrid environment, Intune for device management, and SharePoint migrations.
- Monitor project performance and adjust plans to mitigate delays, ensuring readiness for go-live and post-migration support.
- Provide regular updates and maintain alignment with senior leadership and stakeholders, acting as the internal project sponsor.
- Proven experience managing IT migration projects, specifically involving cloud services and productivity tool transitions such as G Suite to Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong background in change management, including training coordination and user adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Familiarity with tenant administration, cloud architecture, and hybrid environments, including Active Directory and Intune deployment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple vendors and internal stakeholders, maintaining project alignment and momentum.
- Experience working with migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz and ShareGate is highly desirable.
- Comfortable managing projects on a part-time or flexible basis, with the ability to ramp up involvement as needed toward project go-live.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to co-author project deliverables, runbooks, and hypercare plans.
