- Implementing Infor Syteline, this Project Manager/ERP Consultant will be essential to ensuring system success and user adoption.
- Provide hands-on functional and technical support for the Infor Syteline ERP system across departments.
- Manage the implementation timeline, coordinate project phases, and work with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Train internal users, build operational reports and performance metrics, and manage complex data-related tasks.
- Solve technical and process-related issues that arise during the transition and early system adoption phases.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, leadership, and any external vendors supporting the ERP deployment.
- Extensive experience working with Infor Syteline ERP, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proven ability to manage ERP implementation projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, system configuration, training, and post-go-live support.
- Strong skills in reporting, metrics development, and solving data-related challenges.
- Ability to operate as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on problem solver.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior consulting experience is a plus, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
