THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
- Join AccruePartners Consulting Solutions supporting a Confidential Client undergoing a complex divestiture and operational separation initiative.
- As an AccruePartners consultant, you’ll be supported by a delivery-focused team that prioritizes clear scope, strong client alignment, and execution discipline. This engagement offers the opportunity to play a meaningful role in a complex divestiture while avoiding the overhead and rigidity of large consulting firms
- This engagement sits within a broader enterprise transformation program where multiple workstreams are active and execution capacity is critical.
- The organization is intentionally reducing reliance on supplementing internal teams with experienced, hands-on project management consultants who can own execution, manage dependencies, and keep separation efforts on track.
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- The client is navigating a high-impact divestiture and requires additional project management support to drive execution across key separation activities.
- Internal leadership needs experienced PMs who can step in quickly, manage ambiguity, and ensure momentum is maintained while senior leaders focus on strategic decision-making.
- This role is particularly important for IT-related separation efforts, including contract disposition, vendor coordination, and cross-functional execution tracking.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Tracking disposition decisions
- Supporting vendor discussions and contract negotiations as needed
- Coordinate across IT, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and external vendors to ensure clean separation and minimal disruption
- Develop and maintain project plans, issue logs, risk registers, and status reporting for leadership
- Drive meeting cadence, action-item follow-ups, and accountability across cross-functional teams
- Support the transition of day-to-day execution away from large consulting partners
- Proactively surface risks, gaps, and timing concerns with clear recommendations
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- Strong core project management experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Prior exposure to divestitures, carve-outs, or large-scale separation efforts (IT, operations, or commercial)
- Experience supporting IT contract separation, vendor rationalization, or contract negotiation is a strong plus

- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior leaders and program leadership
