WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Supports the buildout of a scalable, fit-for-purpose project management function aligned to strategic growth
  • Serves as the operational anchor between cross-functional teams to drive structure, clarity, and accountability
  • Leads implementation of project plans, daily standups, and agile-inspired practices tailored to company culture
  • Plays a key role in establishing PMO governance and delivery frameworks for current and future initiatives
  • Mentors and trains internal resources to sustain long-term project management capabilities after engagement ends
  • Ensures on-time, high-quality execution of critical healthcare and CRM-related projects impacting business operations
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Proven experience leading projects within healthcare services, life sciences, or pharmaceutical environments
  • Strong command of project management methodologies, with an ability to apply a flexible, hybrid-agile approach tailored to company culture. Not looking for a rigid, Agile-purist. 
  • Experience supporting CRM implementations or system/process improvements in a commercial healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and coach internal stakeholders through delivery
  • Adept at managing cross-functional teams, running daily standups, tracking deliverables, and resolving roadblocks
  • Comfortable operating in mid-sized, fast-paced, mission-driven environments—ideally with exposure to PE-backed or scaling organizations
