The Team You Will Be Joining
  • Corporate logistics function of a globally recognized consumer brand with an actively expanding retail and distribution footprint
  • Logistics Strategy team responsible for planning and executing new location launches and operational expansion nationwide
  • Cross-functional structure spanning Sales, Operations, IT, Fleet, HR, and Procurement, coordinated around a shared launch calendar
  • Small, close-knit team partnering directly with the Logistics Strategy Manager on tactical execution and strategic initiatives

Location:  Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (Remote Monday & Friday)
 
Why This Role Is Important
  • Lead launch calls that align Sales, Operations, IT, Fleet, HR, and Procurement around successful new location launches
  • Track project performance to keep expansions and strategic initiatives on schedule
  • Own meeting scheduling, agendas, notes, and status reporting for the logistics team
  • Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to keep display and fixture supply aligned with expansion activity
 
The Background That Fits
  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms (Teams, Zoom)
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging stakeholders at every level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; background in project coordination, operations, or logistics a plus
