2-5 years of progressive accounting experience

Real estate, development, construction, or property accounting experience strongly preferred

Strong understanding of GAAP

Experience with general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Experience with development budgets and construction or lender draws is highly valuable

Yardi experience preferred

Strong Excel skills

Strong analytical and organizational capabilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to identify issues and follow them through resolution
