LOCATION
  • On-site role based in Fort Mill, SC with limited travel and a stable office environment.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Critical role in supporting the business’s expected growth in full-service turnkey projects, working with stakeholders from every segment of the business to post intercompany entries, foster collaboration, and resolve irregularities.
  • Supports the integrity of project accounting processes, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, cost tracking, and margin analysis.
  • Helps drive operational decision-making by producing Oracle-based reporting and KPIs for finance and operations teams.
  • Plays a key role in the month-end close process including accruals, job costing, contract rate validation, and reporting distribution.
  • Support s month-end close activities, perform s account reconciliations, and analyze s projects to identify factors impacting project performance issues.
  • Serves as a liaison between Operations and Finance, improving data visibility and report quality.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline with 3–5 years of relevant experience in project or financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, SUMIF, and VLOOKUPs.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or other major ERP system and comfort navigating complex project financials.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with a solid work ethic and strong communication skills.
