- Lead and mature Red and Purple Team capabilities and operational strategy
- Oversee penetration test engagements from planning through reporting
- Emulate advanced adversary TTPs against high-value environments
- Deliver executive-level briefings and detailed technical reports
- Maintain and enhance internal testing infrastructure
- Mentor and coach penetration testers to elevate technical capability
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance development
- Manage workload allocation and PTO approvals
- Reinforce “Fortalice way” standards around quality, communication, and execution
- Serve as a thought leader in Offensive Cyber Operations
- Partner with commercial and government clients to scope and execute assessments
- Support proposal development, client meetings, and LOE creation
- Contribute to policy, process, and capability evolution
- Assist with clearance paperwork and subcontractor coordination
- Support business development and strategic growth initiatives
- US Citizenship required
- Active U.S. government security clearance preferred
- Education & Experience:
- Master’s + 4 years relevant experienc
- OR Bachelor’s + 6 years relevant experience
- OR High School Diploma + 8 years relevant experience
