THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
  • Join AccruePartners Consulting Solutions. Supporting a healthcare organization undergoing a large-scale Salesforce Health Cloud re-architecture focused on workflow modernization, automation, and improved patient operations.
  • You’ll be part of a collaborative consulting team supporting a large, nationally operating infrastructure and services organization undertaking a major cross-functional digital transformation effort involving product owners, Salesforce architects, data teams, and operational leaders working to stabilize and mature a rapidly evolving Health Cloud ecosystem.
  • As part of the AccruePartners team, you will partner closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure project alignment, documentation accuracy, and clear execution across multiple interconnected workstreams.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • The organization’s Salesforce Health Cloud environment is being re-designed to fix workflow breakdowns, eliminate manual processes, and enhance routing logic tied directly to patient/member operations.
  • The PM will bring structure, clarity, and portfolio-level oversight to a team that currently has varying levels of maturity and technical capability.
  • This role ensures all workstreams are aligned, documented correctly, fully understood, and delivered on schedule—critical to preventing downstream data, compliance, and patient experience issues.
  • Your guidance will directly support: Workflow automation programs, Cross-team dependency management, API integration coordination, Clear documentation down to the field level, Governance around change and production readiness

WHERE IT IS LOCATED
  • Remote

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
  • Strong background in Healthcare or Pharma, with understanding of patient data, operational workflows, and regulatory considerations (HIPAA/PHI).
  • Experience managing Salesforce Health Cloud or Salesforce-based programs, with familiarity around workflows, data objects, and clinical/operational use cases.
  • Ability to oversee multiple workstreams at a portfolio level, ensuring dependencies, documentation, and timelines stay aligned.
  • Experience coordinating API integration efforts, understanding upstream/downstream impacts, sequencing, and cross-system data flow.
  • Proven ability to lead teams with varying levels of technical skill—patient, structured, and able to create order in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience driving documentation, workflow clarity, and field-level detail within large digital transformation initiatives.
