WHERE IS IT LOCATED

Hybrid schedule: 2-3 Days in office per week
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-
Oversee and track key strategic projects; escalate risks and provide consolidated updates to leadership

Maintain and evolve PMO frameworks, dashboards, templates, and KPIs
-
Support governance activities such as portfolio reviews, steering committees, and compliance tracking
-
Coordinate quarterly and annual planning activities with IT and business stakeholders
-
Assist with onboarding, training programs, and internal team communications
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
-
5–7 years of experience in project delivery or PMO roles
-
Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
-
Proficient in tools such as Project Online, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
-
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
-
Oracle Procurement & PPM experience is a plus
-
Highly organized, self-directed, and process-driven
