What You Will Do
  • Maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Develop and manage PMO reporting and dashboards to track progress, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate and prepare project updates, documentation, and communication materials for stakeholders.
  • Support the PMO Leader in improving project management processes, templates, and standards.
  • Leverage AI tools and data automation to enhance reporting, documentation, and efficiency.
  • Assist with scheduling and logistics for project meetings, workshops, and market transformation activities.
  • Ensure information is accurately captured, stored, and shared across teams.
  • Help identify gaps or bottlenecks in project workflows and suggest improvements.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the PMO team as needed.
 
The Background that Fits
  • 2–3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • High-level of proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet experience strongly preferred)
  • Comfort working with data dashboards and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, or automation tools like Zapier) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage stakeholder updates clearly and professionally.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
