- Serve as the key financial business partner to plant leadership, helping drive operational and financial performance across the facility
- Lead all plant accounting and cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, labor/material allocations, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Provide leadership with actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure strong internal controls, financial compliance, and accurate reporting in a complex manufacturing environment
- Play a critical role in evaluating capital investments, operational initiatives, and plant performance against forecast and budget
- Drive accountability through KPI development, reporting, and financial analysis tied directly to plant operations and profitability
- Help bridge finance and operations by translating complex financial data into clear business recommendations for leadership teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally supporting large-scale plant operations
- Deep expertise in cost accounting, inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing finance processes
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with operations leaders and influence decision-making in a plant environment
- Experience managing forecasts, budgets, month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting within a fast-paced operation
- Strong systems and ERP experience with the ability to analyze complex financial and operational data
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities clearly to both finance and operational leadership teams
