- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with elected officials, developers, staff, and the public.
- Familiarity with GIS tools, zoning ordinances, development codes, and technical reports.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate across departments, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Supervisor experience and grant management experience are a plus at higher levels.
