    LOCATION

    • Charlotte-based with regional travel, approximately 20%–40% overnight travel expected

    WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

    • Drives revenue and margin growth through expansion of safety training services across assigned regions
    • Leads, coaches, and develops a team of field Safety Trainers to maximize productivity and impact
    • Ensures operational excellence across scheduling, compliance, and training delivery standards
    • Partners with sales and national accounts to position training as a value-add and revenue driver
    • Identifies new market opportunities and expands training footprint aligned to customer demand

    THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

    • Proven leadership experience managing field-based or distributed teams
    • Strong understanding of P&L drivers and experience owning or influencing financial performance
    • Background in construction, safety training, or industrial environments preferred
    • Ability to coach, mentor, and scale teams while driving accountability and performance
    • Highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
