THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

WHERE IS IT LOCATED

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Design, build, and maintain regular and ad-hoc people analytics reports and dashboards using Workday, Looker Studio, and Visier.
  • Analyze workforce data across areas such as headcount, diversity, recruitment, engagement, compensation, performance, and learning effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and other stakeholders to deliver actionable insights supporting strategic people initiatives.
  • Audit and validate data for accuracy, ensuring strong governance practices and consistency across systems.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, concise presentations and visualizations for non-technical audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:
  • 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, HR Analytics, or related data-driven HR roles.
  • Proven experience with Workday reporting, including building custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
  • Strong skills in Looker Studio and/or Visier for data visualization and storytelling.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and metrics across talent acquisition, compensation, performance, and engagement.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with SQL and statistical tools (R or Python) is a plus but not required.
