- Oversee multi-state payroll reporting, addressing complex tax authority inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ensure accurate tax withholdings in Workday, with the ability to set up tax reporting structures, review tax payments, and resolve tax notices with thorough research.
- Conduct tax research and test system modifications to ensure accurate reporting across all compensation types.
- Maintain deep knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations for TIH tax entities to ensure compliance.
- Assist with W-2 preparation, ensuring timely reporting to employees and relevant parties.
- Process monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting using ADP, and manage vendor relationships.
- 3+ years of payroll tax and regulatory reporting experience
- Proven expertise in Workday payroll, including payroll tax modules
- Proficient in ADP payroll systems and advanced Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy; excels in time management
- Proficient in ADP payroll systems and advanced Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
