WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • You will lead US payroll processing for roughly 150 employees ensuring precision, timeliness, and adherence to federal and state regulations

  • You will manage all US benefits programs including enrollments, audits, eligibility, and vendor coordination

  • You will support ongoing UKG utilization, enhancements, and troubleshooting

  • You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries

  • You will help strengthen internal processes, governance, and documentation as the company scales

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Strong experience managing full cycle US payroll and benefits for a multi state employee population

  • UKG experience required including payroll processing and system navigation

  • Exposure to HRIS or payroll implementations, integrations, or optimization efforts

  • Deep understanding of payroll regulations, taxation, and benefits administration best practices

  • High attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to operate independently in a fast moving environment

  • Availability to start immediately
