You will lead US payroll processing for roughly 150 employees ensuring precision, timeliness, and adherence to federal and state regulations

You will manage all US benefits programs including enrollments, audits, eligibility, and vendor coordination

You will support ongoing UKG utilization, enhancements, and troubleshooting

You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries

You will help strengthen internal processes, governance, and documentation as the company scales

Strong experience managing full cycle US payroll and benefits for a multi state employee population

UKG experience required including payroll processing and system navigation

Exposure to HRIS or payroll implementations, integrations, or optimization efforts
