WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Managing full-cycle payroll within Paylocity, including time collection, deductions, adjustments, and reporting
- Serving as the primary resource for employee payroll and benefits questions and issue resolution
- Supporting benefits enrollment, eligibility tracking, and coordination with vendors
- Assisting HR leadership with audits, system updates, and the rollout of improved processes and compliance practices
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 2–4+ years of payroll and/or benefits administration experience, ideally supporting a distributed or multi-location workforce
- Hands-on experience with Paylocity or a similar payroll/HCM platform
- Strong understanding of payroll accuracy, benefits workflows, and compliance fundamentals
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach and comfort owning processes with minimal oversight
