THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
• Proven experience owning multi-state W-2 payroll in a growing environment
• Strong working knowledge of payroll compliance, taxes, garnishments, and reimbursements
• Experience with modern payroll platforms (ADP, Paychex, UKG, Kronos, or similar)
• Organized, accountable operator comfortable working independently and partnering cross-functional
