Ensure regulatory/compliance adherence and establish QA/QC around owned programs

Own/contribute to technical & product requirement docs as a subject-matter expert

Intake, execute, and disseminate all credit card–related program info

Monitor vendor performance; manage contracts, invoices, and risk items
-
Drive data quality assurance and standardized reporting for accuracy
-
Prepare and deliver program status reviews to leadership; align priorities between Product & Partnerships
-
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
-
3–6 years in operations, analytics, finance, or similar (tech/high-growth preferred)
-
3+ years managing complex cross-functional projects
-
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; solid SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregates, CASE)
-
Proven communicator across technical/non-technical audiences; able to distill complexity into actionable plans

Comfortable with ambiguity; proactive in prioritization and status updates
