- Serves as the strategic leader for all Parks & Recreation operations, shaping the future of community programming and public spaces
- Leads long-range master planning efforts as the town continues rapid population and infrastructure growth

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in municipal parks and recreation or a related public sector environment
- Proven experience managing budgets and overseeing multi-functional departments
- Experience developing or contributing to parks and recreation master plans
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage boards, elected officials, and community stakeholders
- Passion for community impact, with a balance of operational execution and visionary thinking
- CPRP or CPRE certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
