The Details:
- Hybrid - 3-4 days on-site in Charlotte
- 6 month Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of paid search (SEM) campaigns, including keyword bidding, ad copy creation, and A/B testing.
- Build and maintain an integrated keyword strategy that supports both paid and organic search goals.
- Improve website visibility and rankings through on-page optimization, metadata updates, and technical SEO enhancements.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine tactics to drive traffic growth and increase conversions.
- Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to inform broader marketing initiatives.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing both SEO and SEM campaigns.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and industry-standard SEO practices.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with website content management systems and tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven approach and a continuous improvement mindset
