WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Own the performance, stability, and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HCM support specialists, elevating overall capability
- Act as the escalation point for critical system issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication
- Partner with HR and IT leadership to drive system enhancements and align technology with business priorities
- Build and execute a strategic roadmap for HCM, supporting organizational growth and operational efficiency

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 7+ years of IT support experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, including Payroll and system configuration
- Strong understanding of HR processes and enterprise system integration
- Experience managing support queues, prioritizing tickets, and driving resolution in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Exposure to reporting, analytics, and system performance monitoring
- Preferred, Oracle HCM certifications, Agile or project-based experience, and knowledge of compliance standards
