WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Own the performance, stability, and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HCM support specialists, elevating overall capability
  • Act as the escalation point for critical system issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication
  • Partner with HR and IT leadership to drive system enhancements and align technology with business priorities
  • Build and execute a strategic roadmap for HCM, supporting organizational growth and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 7+ years of IT support experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, including Payroll and system configuration
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and enterprise system integration
  • Experience managing support queues, prioritizing tickets, and driving resolution in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Exposure to reporting, analytics, and system performance monitoring
  • Preferred, Oracle HCM certifications, Agile or project-based experience, and knowledge of compliance standards
