THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 3+ years in Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services with exposure to back-office or compliance-heavy operations.
- Hands-on SQL expertise.
- Looker Studio experience (reporting, dashboards, scorecards).
- Strong process mapping / SOP creation background — comfortable documenting and improving manual workflows.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance (AML, BSA, FDIC, OCC standards).
