WHERE IT IS LOCATED
  • Hybrid in South Park area of Charlotte

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Collaborate with HR to provide high-quality, proactive operational support to Talent Acquisition throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders, fostering a positive experience for all involved.
  • Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes to scheduling and logistics and provide updates to the interview team(s) and candidates as necessary
  • Maintain detailed records and tracking systems to ensure compliance and alignment with the organization’s hiring goals and legal requirements.

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 3+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination or related in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS or other data entry systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (including proofreading and editing) keeping an eye on the quality of work products
